The whole unit includes the following four parts: inlet section, pretreatment section, coating section and outlet section. The common process flow of the second coating and second baking color coating production line is: uncoiling → sewing → inlet looper → cleaning → pretreatment → primary (fine) coating → primary (fine) curing → cooling → outlet looper → shearing → coiling.

Inlet section: including uncoiling, shearing, sewing and storage loops and other equipment, the function is to loosen the raw material rolls and connect them together, so as to continuously and uniformly supply the unit with metal sheets.

Pretreatment section: cleaning the baseplate and surface treatment to improve corrosion resistance and adhesion to the upper paint film.

Painting section: It is the core part of the entire unit. It usually adopts the two-coating and two-drying process of coating both the front and back sides at the same time, that is, primer (initial coating) → baking and curing → cooling → topcoat (fine coating) → baking and curing → cooling. With different product requirements, only one coating and one baking or only one side can be applied. When painting, reverse or roll coating can be used. The furnace temperature is controlled in sections, and the temperature of each section depends on the type of paint used, the thickness of the baseplate and the time of passing through the oven.

Export section: Divide the product into rolls (or cut into single sheets according to the required size).
